There are two different types of Merrill boots in this style. One style is made of all rubber, the other style is leather foot with fabric upper. There is a difference in price. The pictures of both styles look very similar.I wanted something study and stylish for my Northeastern winter commute. I absolutely love the tweedy fabric upper and pseudo stacked heel. The thick rubber bottoms make these very durable, waterproof and warm. And they're comfortable enough for some serious walking! I have no doubt these will last for years to come.Like it but it could be improved for fitCold weather and work.Very comfortable and classySuper comfy! Love them, way to go Merrell!These are so stiff and tight due to the boot structure. I think a 9 would be perfect but I don't have any options from Amazon to exchange. Be careful and buy a size up.I thought spending more for a product with a good name meant it would be well made.Sadly I bought them in January and they are starting to fail already.Sigh...i bought these boots on amazon warehouse deals they are very well made and will be good for shopping in the rain or walking our dog around the block very good quality good price what a steal very happyI love my new boots! The quality is better than expected - they are lightweight, yet very warm, and keep my feet perfectly dry. The only downside is that the I did find them to be a bit slippery when walking on icy stairs. Not sure if any other boots would have offered better grip, though. Highly recommend!When the item was delivered the box was in horrible shape and they did not fit as expected. I took them to the post office to start a return and the cost of returning the item was 126.90 of which I would only receive 20?!?! This is crazy!! I am not happy at all!! So disappointing!!I had these boots for 2 WEEKS and the sole started separating from the shoe. Do not waste your money! Plus the same boots on the last hunt were $80 less ?
