We purchased two rings because they had matching his and hers styles. The men's ring was nice, exactly as pictured. The women's ring, however, was extremely thick, with strangely high walls on the sides. Due to the narrowness and small size (4), the thickness of the ring makes it look more like a washer than a piece of jewelry on her finger. The seller informed me that this is not a mistake, but normal for their rings of this size.We were authorized to return them both, and I mailed them back at my own expense. The refund we received was less than 90% of the purchase price, even though Titanium Kay's return policy does not mention any return or restocking fees.I had to make a claim with Amazon to get the rest of my money back.
