My husband absolutely loves this ring. It arrived earlier than I was quoted and exactly as advertised. It is a truly beautiful ring. It weighed more than I expected so I know it's durable. Initially I ordered a size 9 because that is what my husband thought he was. Turns out he was a size 10. Amazon didn't have an option for me to contact the seller directly to ask for an exchange and the only option was a refund. We didn't want the refund because we loved the ring so much and it was exactly what he wanted. But we were willing to do the refund and then just purchase the size 10 from them. But I looked at the shipping label and Google'd their email address to contact them. They responded a few hours later and were more than happy to exchange the ring instead of issuing a refund. The entire process was super easy!!!! I highly recommend this ring and most definitely this seller. Communication was fast, and VERY customer service-oriented.
