My daughter previously had a wooden loft bed, and I was nervous to change to a full height bed. She needed the extra height though, so I did my research (scour the internet and read too many reviews) and found this bed. Not only is it the only cute one I could find, it had great reviews about sturdiness.Holy cow were they right! Being able to compare this to her previous bed, it is night and day! This thing does not move/wobble/shake. My niece ended up getting the full size (my daughters is a twin) and it is just as sturdy.The ladder steps are a perfect depth, does not hurt our feet at all. I use the rails on one end to hang her mermaid tail blankets on, and of course she’s stocked the top with pillows and stuffies.This bed is awesome, sturdy, and gives a kid much more real estate in their room. I can see her keeping this for many years, eventually putting a desk underneath or something.
