I purchased this ring for my husband on April 13, 2022. Even though the 30 day return pocily had expired, I decided to contact the company because a diamond fell out of the ring. I wanted to know if they would repair or at least exchange the ring since it was so close to the 30 day deadline. Unfortunately, I am unable to do so because their website consistently says that it is down. I searched the internet for a phone number and have not found one that works. This seems like a sham! Any company that sells a product should have a working website and/or phone number for customer service. I am infuriated by this because my husband also purchased a wedding ring and band for me from this same company. I thought they were a reputable company but I guess I was wrong.
