I ordered this piece of equipment to help with exercises recommended by the physical therapy center for my upcoming hip replacement surgery.It comes with a large wall chart that has many exercises for a complete workout.It is very sturdy which surprised me, because it isn't metal but some kind of plastic. It is actually less pliable than the metal one at the P.T. center.I use it for a slightly different version of the yoga bridge pose. And for a couple of shoulder exercises.I am very pleased with this Pilates Ring. I think the price is right, too.
